We use this information solely to respond to your enquiry, provide visa assistance services you request, and keep you updated on your application status. We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.
Who can see it
Your information is accessible only to authorized Adventeasy Holidays staff. It may be shared with relevant embassies, consulates, or visa processing partners (such as VFS Global) strictly as required to process your visa application — this is a necessary part of any visa service.
How it's stored
Enquiry and application data submitted through this website is stored securely on our servers. Documents you share for visa processing are handled according to standard confidentiality practices for travel and visa services.
Your rights
You can ask us what personal data we hold about you, request corrections, or ask us to delete your enquiry/contact data (where we are not legally required to retain it, e.g. for an active visa application) by contacting us at info.adventeasy@gmail.com.

Our role
Adventeasy Holidays Pvt Ltd provides visa application assistance — including document guidance, application filing, and status follow-up — for tourist visas to USA, Canada, UK, Schengen countries, and other supported destinations. We are a facilitation service; the decision to grant, deny, or delay any visa rests solely with the relevant embassy, consulate, or government authority, and is entirely outside our control.
Fees
Our pricing has two separate components: the government visa fee (set by the destination country's government/embassy, paid to them) and our service charge (for documentation support, appointment booking, and application handling). Current fees for each destination are listed on our Visa Countries page and are approximate, subject to change by the respective governments without notice.
Refunds & cancellations
Government visa fees are non-refundable once an application has been submitted to the embassy/consulate — this is standard embassy policy and not something we control. If a visa application is rejected, we do not charge extra to review the rejection reason with you, but the original government fee already paid to the embassy is not refundable by us. Our service charge covers work already performed (documentation review, filing, follow-up) and is non-refundable once the application has been filed. If you cancel before we file your application, please contact us directly to discuss any applicable refund of our service charge.
Accuracy of information provided
You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and truthful information and documents for your visa application. We are not liable for visa rejections, delays, or other consequences arising from incomplete, incorrect, or fraudulent information or documents provided by the applicant.
No guarantee of approval or timeline
While we provide our best current estimate of processing times based on embassy trends, we cannot guarantee a specific approval date, processing time, or outcome for any visa application, as these are determined solely by the relevant government authority.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi.
